Default Dealer Operation Codes

I am looking for an explanation (or list) of a dealer Operation codes that shows up on a service history report. Such as '32BMZ' (- steering related).
I want to understand the history of a vehicle I recently purchased.
Any suggestions?
Thanks in advance.
