Default B 58 157 EPROM Chip

Im looking for an eprom chip that will fit a 413 "red label" DME. Stock chip is marked B 58 157 from singapore. I'm not finding much information on what the hardware specs are. I am looking for an alternative blank chip but cant seem to find them.

Anyone have anything here?

Planning on getting a PCB5.0E KEE EPROM Programmer to go with it. Any advice on what to look for would be appreciated.
