Just for understanding, do you disable the second oxygen sensor (or the internal test software) so driving a decat exhaust system will not end up in an illuminated MIL?

Can all Modifications be done with the "normal" BMW-Software and a DCAN-Cable or is a dedicated Flasher needed?
(Speaking about Mini R56 which will be a quite similar procedure to the BMW E90 series)
