Default M235i going to do a DME replacement

My DME injection units were shot during performing DME cover open cutting blade damaged it.

My question is if I buy an used DME from different region wil I have a problem on coding ?

Do I just run ISTA P and the service plan will automatically perform the replacement coding ?

Thanks,
