Default Adjust RPM in M HUD X5 E70 Diesel

I had my '08 E70 X5 M HUD enabled. When "M View" is on, it shows the color band fully lit from green to red and looks like I'm redlining at all times. It does not animate and is static. The gear number shows up if I shift to M/S, but otherwise, nothing else animates except the digital speedo. Any advice on what to edit? I'm guessing something with the nettodata...
