Default BMW e46 vehicle order change?

hey, i've been trying to follow this guide here to change my vehicle order.... [Only for registered users... ]
however, i get an error message saying that the file can't be read, so as suggested i created the relevant file, but i still get the error.
I'm trying to change the VO as i'm adding on the mirror power fold options to the vehicle, i've changed the switch and mirrors etc, just need to code them to the car.

any suggestions welcome. many thanks!

Default Coding

Hi, what file can't be read? FSW_PSW.MAN? The file must be in your NCSEXPER\WORK directory. What profile was used?
