Default Bmw e60 cic crash / brick

Hello everybody,

I flashed a BMW e60 with CIC last weekend. (Software ISTA-P).

The ISTA-P aborted the flash process for CIC-BO (general error) Now the CIC-BO (CICR) has the status 12 in Tool32. I already to tried to reflash with ISTA-P ... the message say: please replace CIC and the CIC-BO has no partnumber / ZUSB (Message: please enter partnumber)

How can the CIC now reflash?

I used ICOM with Most. (its not the first time that i flash bmw)

Can someone help me please?
