Default BMW Satellite B Pillar faults

Hi to everyone out there hope someone can help me or point me in the right direction anyway. I am currently working on a BMW Z4 2.2 2005plate and am having trouble with both left and right satellite b pillar modules. During the vehicle test both appear as yellow (ecu not responding). The SIM before this appears as green.

The error codes are as follows:-
93BB No message satellite b pillar left
93BA No message satellite b pillar right
93FO Fault during activation deactivation passenger airbag
93C7 Deactivation satellite b pillar left
93C8 Deactivation satellite b pillar right

also have 93B1,93BD,93B8,93B3,93B7,S0001 right and left communication not possible all to do with satellite b pillar faults.

I have BMW ISTA Software am relatively new to it so not sure exactly what I'm looking for or supposed to be testing. I have done a voltage test using the software and it says voltage determination ok but then it asks to plug in for Fibre optics test and I don't seem to have the tool to do this. I also have 2 second hand satellite modules to fit I know they need programming to the car but don't really know how to do it unless theres an instruction manual I can download. I have used the software to do other stuff but have never got to using it for airbag system.

Can anyone help or point me in the right direction please.
