Default Bmw tools 2.12 file not found

Hi everyone,im new to coding etc and installed bmw tools up to the point of update winkfp press that,then goes through processes but comes up with gdaten - sgidc.as2 folder not found?no gdaten folder in nsf so really dont know what ive done wrong?any advice would be much appreciated 😊 thanks
