Default Car goes in Reverse even when in Drive

Its a long story so if anybody is interested I ca post it later.

The current issue I have is that I have bmw 545i and using WinKFP i tried to update the ecu family, which is GKE194.
Previously I was the getting the dreaded red cog and tranny issues.
while updating I got the error 211. Tried a few times and to no avail.
Now the car gets the Transmission error when i start, and reduced engine power error and when i put the car in Drive it goes backwards as if it was in reverse.

I have tried to programme individual Zb and that works.

I am not sure what id it and what to do. Any help would be appreciated.

Kind regards
