Default Change RDC to recognize different sensor?

As I understand the TPMS sensor the message it sends to the RDC contains a sensor ID. So, when BMW switched to a new sensor for the 4 series, the RDC was updated to pair with the new ID.
I have winter wheels with the previous sensor version.
I know the ID's of the two sensors so, is the RDC programmable such that I can replace the current ID with the previous one when I switch to winter wheels?
