Default Changing the speed limit mph to kmh

Hello everyone! I apologize for my English, but I have a problem. There bmw x5 e70li with CIC of America. I want to change the speed limit from mph to kmh. Searching a variety of information, I realized that I needed to help translate TUL32 COMBI in the European mode. Tell me, please, who has experience of change?

You should be able to do this without any coding there should be an option for you to change "units" such as KM/h, Liters, celcius and so forth
