Default CIC software update failed with Winkfp

Hello guys. I'm new to this forums but not really new to the bmw world. I have coded and flashed many e39s and few Friends series but having major problems with e60 cic conversion. I have a brand new (got it from dealer) CIC in my 07 550i. Retrofit went smooth and it was working perfectly until I tried flashing it with latest update. I have clone icom with most and upon trying to flash the cic, I got this:

As soon as I clicked on update ecu button, progress bar went to 0% immediately and stayed there for 6 minutes or so. After that (still at 0%), I got error 211 in winkfp. This is what this error said:
error codes 2020 and 2084. The description stated something along the lines of security access denied, then next code Error switching programming status.

The cic still communicates with with Winkfp and tool32 and you can try re flashing but same code comes up

Anyone had experienced anything similar?

Hi,
try flashing with ISTA/P. Very comfortable and it works quite well. Already flashed some CIC with it.
And for flashing CIC with winkfp, you have to flash three adresses (start with the Gateway).

Any info on how to flash CIC with ISTA/P when the car never came with it? A little guide or info on how to actually update a ECU with ISTa would be REALLY apreciated.

You cant use ISTA for this as your car is older than they found CIC. Can you dump a screen of the error from winkfp?

Sorry, didn't read the "Retrofit" part.
Last days I heard of some errors in the most interface of clones ... Just an idea ...
