Default CIC unit update fault address 63

Hi! i was trying to update my cic (with SP daten v55 ) address 63 in WINKFP, I cancel programming because it was making update by CANBUS and only 3 percents for 1 hour, and first time i was using wrong ZB Number. so cic doesn't work now, in rheingold it shows like blue unite control. (not green)
Now i'm trying to update one time more using most, but every time it comes with error message

1022 error during reading from file .\DATA\CI63F1\R0202L0_0202JP.0ba 4204
1040 error in file processing (general) .\DATA\CI63F1\R0202L0_0202JP.0ba
1000 error R0202L0_0202JP.0ba
991502 error Interpretierter Fehler: Fehler 4204 bei .\DATA\CI63F1\R0202L0_0202JP.0ba

I set settings in my icom next to Allocate mode, also i'm using Easyconnect utility,
Settings: Remote, Most_Async, Icom Lock

Maybe somebody know how to fix that problem?

Sorry for English
