Default Code BMW Apps whilst in motion....

Trying to figure out how to use BMW Apps whilst in motion. All apps are locked out when the handbrake is released and/or the gear selector is taken out of park. Really annoying because I use spotify and to select a new playlist I have to pull over and put the hand brake on and place the gear in park in order to do so. All the other apps are also locked out.

I have been using esys to remove all the speedlocks and video in motion under the HU, but still no luck. I have searched for all SL,Speedlocks, handbrake and gear settings and deactivated anything that suggests a speedlock but again still no luck.

I know other countries outside Australia do not have this issue so am wondering what is different? Can someone who has NBT and no speedlocks please post their ncd file so I can compare it to mine?

many thanks
