Default Daten questions

Hello.

I have an E60 and have had no issues working with the DATEN files i have. However i retrofitted a CIC into my car and i have zero idea what firmware version it is on.

How can i find out? When i programmed it with my current information, it cam eup with CIC.C0A

However not sure if that is shows as CIC.C0A just based on the newest DATEN files I have or if i have many and it is actually pulling the proper ones.

i assume if the CIC was not completely happy i would not be able to code it correct? coding it has been no problems at all.

Where can i get the newest DATEN files?

thanks
