Default E39 KOMBI Fault Problem - Need Help

OK -

So I used PASoft to do some coding of my LCM and ran into the known problem of it corrupting the KOMBI. It's a 2001 530i.

I've read elsewhere that the solution to this is to use SSS/Progman, which I have working. My issue is how do I use SSS/Progman to re-initialize the KOMBI code? As with all BMW coding, this is very confusing.

If someone has a link to a step-by-step guide, or would be able to maybe walk me through the Progman menus, that would be great.
