Default E83 problem with coding VTG

I have a problem with encoding and calibration transfer case - VTG in E83.
programming with ISTA-P - working fine, but when trying to coding and calibrating - I get ERROR - COAPI ERROR ECU REEJECTET
maybe must be met special conditions during coding? or chinese ICOM be a problem?

Transfer case is after repair - spilled out needle-bearing was repaired. the motor "shortly" couples and uncouples the front-wheel drive - so mechanical transmission is OK. and maybe speed sensor in the motor is defective? how to check?

maybe someone has had a similar problem
