Question E87 (n47) Alpina D3 EGS firmware update HELP!

Hi, guys! Could someone help me with this, please.
I owned a bmw 120d(n47) 2008, and i want to upgrade firmware in EGS module to Alpina D3 firmware.
I used WinKFP, in GKE215 i take 7603531 firmware.
Process was ok, everything completed well. After this update, i coding EGS, than delete all errors, and reset adaptation.
Everything works good, transmission worked much better than before(lower delays, and hit between 2nd and 3rd gear was gone!)
Im very happy, BUT...
I didn't saw in KOMBI gear position number like in Alpina(D1,D2..D6/S1,S2..S6)
KOMBI part number: 9242395
Should i update KOMBI firmware? or what should i do to correctly display shift numbers?

Hi, seems like it might be a coding issue. You need to add the appropriate vehicle option to your vehicle order using ncsexpert and then code KOMBI to default values.

Unfortunately I don't know exactly what option you need to add but if you happen to know the VIN for a similar Alpina vehicle with the D3 from factory I can figure it out for you.

Alternatively you can read the KOMBI coding data and use "NCS dummy" to try to find the appropriate options that need to be changed and do it manually.

The vehicle order method is preferred because it does the appropriate coding options automatically when coding to defaults.
