Default Engine Swap Coding

I am planning to swap the engine-M52TUB20 and the automatic gearbox-5HP19 with M52TUB28 and the same gearbox from the donor car.
What software shoud i use to recode the DME?
Because the torque converter is different, do i need to recode the EGS too?

umm, from what ive been told, and what worked for me when I swaped a 2.8L m52tu inplace of a 2.5l m52tu was reprogram the DME with the assembly number found in ETK or online at just get the last 7 of the part number of the programmed DME listed in the catalog. Did that and I programed it no problem. probably do the same with the EGS if it uses the same type of module... like MS42 is not the same as MS43..
Although the car ran on the 2.5l program, I reprogramed the dme to the 2.8l program
