read the instruction carefully, there is a mail where you need to write to get the activation code. [Only for registered users... ]

After initial difficulties they helped me and it is now working 100%. Very happy now and to be recommended.
After payment I received my activation code very quickly. This is a very good alternative and enables us to continue with our great BMW passion.
