Default Frm3 problem

Hello all,

I have a e90 328i LCI MY 2010 AHL Bixenon with a bricked frm3. I've sent it to a guy with Xprog to fix it. When I installed it and after copying VO from CAS to Frm and coded it to default settings, everything is working fine except 2 things: when I press the fog light button, the cornering lights illuminate and the fogs remains off and the second problem is with the interior buttons illumination is very dim and it's not responding to the intensity increase from the BC stalk. Inpa shows an error for a potentiometer defect knowing that there's no potentiometer to increase the intensity.
My original frm3 part nb is 61359224604. Currently it shows in inpa 9342996 as part nb and 9308374 as zb nb.

Tried to flash zb 9390490 as it's the latest zb for my original part nb (correct me if I'm wrong) without success. Tried with both winkfp expert mode and nfs and they gave the same error about not finding the needed nb 9342996. Have the latest Daten files installed. Anyone have any clue on how to resolve this issue?
