Default Fuel gauge and rev counter not working after coding

Hi all, I have recently used NCS Expert on a 120d 2006 to change some settings and my fuel gauge and rev counter no longer work, does anybody know what the issue could be and/or a fix, thanks.

Code KOMBI to default with EXPERTMODE. All be ok.
