Default help E60 daten files and headunit not coded correctly

hi all this is my first post.

i have a bmw e60 530i 2006 sept build
i have accidentally coded my cas i think and now my head unit is saying incorrect coding.

also when i try to access the mask through INPA i get an error saying E60 ccc not for mask 2 found error log available

so cant access any of the mask modules

i have also tried to use DIS which finds the fault within the can sys fff but wont move onto correct which i have been led to believe it is possible ????

i was trying to code my headlights or DRLS but no success

different errors and this mess up above

headunit still says incorrect coding

can anyone help please

Easy job:

Go to your MASK ecu, read coding data and code these two options to NICHT_AKTIEF

Codier_Check - Nicht_aktief
Logistik_Check - Nicht_aktief

You did NOT break anything. This does happen often after coding the CAS/MASK. Don't know why but this fixes it! ;)

Is this not just switching the message off

Rather than re coding the mask

That's correct.

Why would you try to recode it anyway? Everything will remain the same.
