Default Help. Need some advice, been ripped off

Hi Guys. Im new here.
PS as far as e-bay stay away from titanium_sellers his web site is autocanit.com

I just purchased a DT1 t-60 laptop from him. For 1745.00 He claimed he is selling new OEM DT1 German Multiplexer head built in 2011. And he keeps insisting the head he sold me is not a china clone. I spent the extra $1200.00
In hopes of having a trouble free system. He had a super high rating also.
Its running VMware, its painfully slow, it has a hard time finding the head.
I cannot follow the test plan it crashes out when it switches to measurement system with an error 500 (if I can remember)
So now its time for ICOM setup but I do not want to get burned again.
Any advice on where to go would be appreciated.

this is what I got burned on,
