Default help in replacing ecu

hello guys
i have a 2006 x3 3.0l engine
in cold starts the engine rpm hunts continuously until the temperature is in normal working state.
on the icom i can find error about throttle valve adaptation not met and spring actuation failed.
i changed 3 throttle valves and the same problem persists.
i think it needs a new DME
i wonder if i can replace the DME with a used one. since i have in the icom programing software a replace option.
so what do you think ? is it possible to do so ? and am i missing something?

i appreciate your help

With a factory software you can only adapt new,or "renew-ed" ECU.To read, renew dump and write MS45 you will need BDM or desoldering the flash eprom.
