Question Help wanted by remote

Hello Everybody!

My friend have a 1999 BMW 323i. I think he had a voltage drop while he started up the car and the car put itself into stolen mode. He take to the dealership and they changed the battery for a couple days and then the car had same situation so he taked to the dealership and they changed the ews modul and then then can't figure out whats the problem. They called somebody from the headquarters for fixing the car but they can't fixing up. They sad the dme is bad. We took back the car bc they sad to high prices. I had a people who was look up the car and he sad the synchronization messed up between the dme and ews modul and need replace the dme ews and the key. So we found this parts from automatic car. We swapped the parts but the car doesn't starting up. I looking for somebody who can connect to my computer by Teamviewer. I have cables and software. Of course not for free but im not trusting the dealership. Thank you for answering.
