Default Help! What is the best way to reflash my ECU?

Guys, sorry for my dumb question. I have researched for a while but still confused like in a puzzle.

My question:
I have a 2002 E46 325i, and replaced with a 2001 330i engine. The engine was plug and play with my old ECU, but currently still running 325 software. I want to reflash my ECU to 330 to make the extra power. What is the best tool to use? And where can I get the 330 software?

I heard from different people who have recommended WinKFP, CarSoft, SSS Progman, etc. I'm not sure whether they can all accomplish my goal, but they're quite different. I purchased a package from Ebay, which included a USB cable, DIS v57, SSS, and INPA.

Would someone please point me to the right direction before I do anything silly? Thanks!

OK... I'll do more research on WinKFP. I heard it's more dangerous tool. And all I saw was to modify individual parameters. Not sure whether it can reprogram the whole ECU. If anyone can direct me to a guide that'll be great.
