Question How do I pair DME to the car

I have a E39 M5 and I had to replace the DME. I bought the DME, EWS & Keys. Now the car starts and runs just fine, but the DME is not paired to the vehicle and the ABS/Traction, speedometer don't work as they are not communicating with the DME. How do I make this work ? Please help. I have DIS v.57, SSS and INPA software working, but I believe that it is not communicating properly with the vehicle due to the mismatch of components. Do I need to get different software to do this task? Any help will be great.

Thanks,
DS
