Default How to edit UIF?

Hi, I need to remove the last history of updating the software (SMG software). Cause the car has warranty and I dont want the dealer would void the warranty.... is there any trick? I have INPA/NCSExpert

Great. how? any DIY for tool32 to edit UIF? which file?

Default smg reflash

change the date on you pc and reflash the smg with the same numbers.. tech would not catch onto it and they would not care either.. only bmw na tech would probably see that the free uifs .. dont worry too much 'bout it

You cannot 'erase' a UIF entry via the serial protocol (not even with Toolset32). All you can do is write a new one (and hence, use up another slot).
