Default How to lock MRS airbag module error 93D6 ?

I've replaced MRS module with one from non-crashed car.
I've coded VIN (WinKFP) and coded to default (NCS).

I could not start the time since I don't see job named systemzeit_lesen in MRS Tool32.

I'm getting error 93D6 Internal control unit fault: control unit not locked.

1. How and using what I can lock the module?
2. Do I really need to start the time? I've read on other forums that this may not be necessary anymore.
