Default How to Modify E36 320i 1998 RPM cluster to work on M60B40 V8 Engine??

Hello,
Before I go tot he point I want to Introduce myself.
I'm new to this thread my name is Bahaa and I'm from Lebanon middle east.
I am a Drifter and I have an E36 that used to be originally a 320Ia 4 doors 1998 model.
Now it has an M60B40 V8 on it with the 6-speed manual gearbox of this engine.

Alright now lets get to the point.
The original Cluster that is on the car is obviously for the 6 cyl thus the RPM is being displayed wrong (higher than it actually is).
I been searching about any info on how to reprogram or modify the coding plug of the cluster in order to change the engine factor stored on it.
But I couldn't find anything.
Basically the value stored should be changed from 3 (for 6 Cyl) to 4 (for 8 cyl) since all the BMW documents about theses clusters , specially the ones on the tests that one can run on them, say that these are the possible values stored.

Test 2: Engine Data - This display is an "engine factor" value that is stored
in the coding plug. The instrument cluster processor uses this factor in
addition to the "TD" signal from the DME control module to process and
display tachometer RPM based on the engine installed.
*ENGINE FACTOR 2 = 4 CYLINDER
*ENGINE FACTOR 3 = 6 CYLINDER
*ENGINE FACTOR 4 = 8 CYLINDER

Or is there another way to accomplish my goal?
Thanks!
