Default How to remove RDC tyre monitoring E53

Hi all

I have a 2003 E53 with RDC, the system requires new sensors at a cost of approx 350. I have no use for the system & would like to remove it to stop the warning showing on dash.

I've read the car can be recoded to eliminate the RDC.

I've removed the control unit & carried out a complete recode with SSS but still have the warning message.

Can anyone help or give me a clue with this issue???

Many Thanks
