Default I Com programming fail

I am having problems programming with I Com
It fails and wipes the CAS Unit
Also tried another I Com kit from my friends garage and same again wipes the CAS,
We have copied the CAS File so all isnt lost but its not good .

I hope this does not happen to my E60 when my new ICOM A2 arrives.
