Default ICOM B no communication

Hello guys, I've been having some issues with my Most interface. It seems it turns itself off after a few min of use, as of a few days ago it does not even turn on. There are no LEDs on when connected to IcomA, Icom A does not see it as well. I did read about a TPS3820 chip that needs to be replaced but problem is I do not see it, my circuit board looks different - not sure if I even have one. If anyone have had similar issues i'd like to hear how this got resolved/repaired & where. thnx

Please excuse me if I am posting in the wrong category - still a newb
