Exclamation ICOM does it all??

Hello everybody!! First time posting here and its because i really need help. My father runs a small repair shop that gets a lot of BMWs and has to get another guy to program replace parts like lights, airbags, and main ecus. My question is what tools and programs do I need to be able to code/program these components? How do you get the flash files for the ecu? Is ICOM the best? All help is greatly appreciated.

You can dowload Standard Tools 2.12 and start reading forums.
These pack of tools is really helpfull and can be used with ICOM.

You can also download ISTA P/D to be able for easy programming and diagnosis.
