Default Inpa e90.eng

I have been trying to install INPA and have followed the directions, I believe, correctly. Everything seems to work except it seems I'm missing the E90.ENG file. Where can I find this file? I have searched everywhere and I can't seem to find it. It is suppose to be in C:\EC-Apps\INPA\CFGDAT folder. I can find coapierr.eng and edierror.eng but thoes are the only two eng files I can find. INPA will open up just fine but when I press Shift + F8 it says that E90.ENG is missing. Thanks in advanced!

Default

I completely reinstalled Windows 7 and started the INPA install from scratch from the DIY page. Everything seemed to go fine. One thing I noticed is that it makes an INPA folder with the correct sub-folders but nothing is in it. I can copy the files from INPA from the INPA iso but not sure that's the correct way to do it. I've tried a different INPA ISO and same issue. I think that may be where I'm missing the E90.eng file. Any tips here?
