Default Installing Navigation in a non-nav 2011 x5

Whats the best way to get navigation up and running in my 2011 non nav X5.

I have purchased the nav computer/DVD player
I purchased the 8.8 screen
I purchased a GPS cable and receiver
I purchased the USB cable and connector

I assume I can use the existing video cable and controller

my car just has the standard radio system, not sure if something has to be changed to get audio

I have ista-p
I have fsc code generator

thanks
