Default ISTA-D test plan calculation not possible

Hello coders,

I recently installed the newest version of ISTA-D on a new PC.

I played around a little bit and wondered if it is normal, when selecting a car manually (so without having an actual car connected), no test plan can be calculated for a selected sympton. When selecting a sympton and clicking on "calculate test plan", the test plan overview is shown, but no testplan appears.

If I remeber correctly, that was possible in older versions. can someone confirm whether this a normal behaviour and a test plan calculation is only possible with a car connected and a fault in the fault memory?

Thanks for your support.
Ben
