Default Key programming

Anyone know how to program a key for E65 using AK90 and the CAS

NCS Expert will handle that if you have no keys.

Coding a second key you can do from the dash.

But if you are just replacing the key housing - There is an easy way - buy a blank from eBay, get the key cut then I store the housing is a chip with battery, swap it - then under that chip is a smaller chip, move this to your new key and done.

How? My car is rejecting my key. Ejects it back out. I've tried holding it in, and nothing. No lights, no recognition, absolutely nothing. Do I ordered the AK90 and I removed the DWS so it could read it. AK90 doesn't fit snugly around chip so I removed the chip. Ahhhhh! Help

How do you code from the dash with no power? It's a 2004
