Angry NCS EXPERT;Following feature is invalid HELP?

so i finally got ncs up & running after spending hours looking for files . now that i finally have it up and going i encountered another error!!! maybe someone on here has a solution ?

Can you tell if the car was previously coded ? / Retrofited ?
When does exactly it happens ? (on which click, eg: reading something)
+++ First read the NCS manual, many are floating around.
Being said that means there is mismatch between your FA (=VO, vehicle option(s)) and the displayed date of built (03/09 = 2009 March) that NCS knows by reading your ViN.
This is the first line showed when you read the FA with NCS: -> #0309
This Allow to add FA after your built date, eg here for a Combox (see BMW vehicle option code to know what each one means, they look like: $***A).
To know your Factory FA/VO, input your ViN eg : [Only for registered users... ]
