Question NCS Expert - CIC update - BMW E60 doesn't start

Hi,

I have tried to code CIC on E60 NFL 2004, was without sound, "No acoustic tones" message

I have installed INPA and NCS Expert changed from hifi to e60_hifi on FSW_PSW.TRC then saved to FSW_PSW.MAN

also changed to fold mirrors when it's locked...

Then I have added to LA $6VA and $609

and the big mistake, Read ECU -> CAS -> Write ECU -> CAS

(but I haven't made any changes)

Now the battery it's empty, charging it...

I also tried with another battery but no chance,

When I want to start it no clanc, doesn't want to start, no nothing, like I put contact and it remain like that ...

Any idea?
Can this be repaired?

Thanks!
Stefan

Hi,
look at the faults of your DME/DDE. If there is a fault like "Manupilation" you have to do a pairing of EWS and DME/DDE with ISTA.
This fault often comes along with a week battery.

Hi,

I have aligned EWS with DME/DDE, but not with ISTA...

I downloaded daten files 50.2 and I have tried to write it again
NCS Expert -> choose ECU -> CAS -> change job -> SG_Codieren -> Execute job
(still doesn't work...)

I'm trying to see motor errors with INPA, but when I choose motor model, it says "script error"

Car still doesn't start, it doesn't even try...(no clanc, doesn't shutdown the lights, nothing...)

Thanks!

I know the SG_Codieren function it's to write the selected module with values, in my case default values...

Quote:
1. Load NCSExpert.
2. Load Profile and select Expertmode
3. F1 (VIN/ZCS/FA)
4. F3 (ZCS/FA f .ECU)
5. Choose E89 (for the E9X)
6. Select CAS
7. F6 (BACK)
8. F4 (Process ECU)
9. Select the Module I want to Revert back to Stock.
10. F2->Choose "SG_Codieren->ok
11. F3->to start coding the ecu with factory settings according to the vehicle VO.

Question

Found the problem, I have made some changes to CAS and it doesn't comunicate well with engine computer, An edpert looked at my car, get my CAS he made sonething on the motherboard and the car has start but doesn't stay on... I need to remake the communication from CAS to engine computer...

He told me the CAS module still read the key but doesn't know to tell to compter engine to start it...

Now a big problem...
I think I must to search for a new CAS... :(

L.E.
Anybody know if I can align CAS with engine computer and other modules?
(I want to but an second hand CAS module with keys)

Thanks!
