Default NCS Expert - Strange misstake with Profile Editor ?

I have a strange misstake with NCS Expert.

I installed StandardTool 2.12, so i have NCS Version 4.0.1

Than i complete the folders:

c:\NCSEXPER\PFL with the profile - files
c:\NCSEXPER\WORK with an empty FSW_PSW.MAN - file

Using BMWCodingTool, i updated the c\NCSEXPER\SGDAT - Files

When i follow the "JUNIORS DIY" than till
- Step 23 Load profile - ExpertMode
- Step 24 Fill-In Password
all things are regular.

But then on Step 25, a "Profile Editor" - window should open automaticly, but that just doesn´t happen.

-> Firewall is OFF
-> NCSExpert is executed as ADMIN
-> Laptop is connected to the CAR, using USB-DCAN
-> INPA and Tool32 work well !!
-> no EDIABAS is running

Now my question:

Am I doing any case a stupid mistake?

I would be very happy for some answers.
