Default Problem with coding pre fl e46

Hi. I have several problems/questions about coding an old e46(1999y). I have inpa interface and bmw scanner.
1. My car has just few coding options. For example, I cant disable front LED sidelights check. I only have 'cold check' option', but 'hot check' is missing. Could it be because of lcm old software? Is there any way to update it?
2. I have installed cruise control system to my car. I can see it when scanning with bmw scanner or inpa, but I cant see or code it with ncs expert. How to add it there?
3. After selecting DRL's option also nothing changes. No matter if it is done with scanner or ncs
