Default Problems after DME/EWS swap

i purchased an E46 (gasoline 316i) which had problems with DME or EWS and both parts were replaced with used parts including ignition key and lock.
Unfortunately nothing was adapted and VIN/ODO were also not changed. But i think the latter is the smallest problem.

The car itself (06/2001) has a standard thermostat but where the installed DME/EWS came from (MY 2002), a thermostat with extra heat element was used. So now in DME there is an error stating that it cannot regulate the thermostate which is a problem for passing MOT in my country.

When i was using NCSExpert i was getting error when selecing EWS:
Codierschlüssel fehlerhaft
COAPI-1000: Fehler L20
COAPI-1081: GM-Schlüssel fehlerhaft FFFFFFFFP
I think the error is showing because the keys are different in IKE and EWS, at least BMW Scanner shows both in red. And the keys in EWS seem to be encrypted.

When i select KMB i can read data from all modules, but on 4BMOT i had only 2 parameters, in EWS there were 7. My car uses ZCS normally, the car where DME/EWS came from, is using FA so maybe this is another problem?

I dont even know if its possible to remove that thermostat regulation in DME and how to fix those different keys error from EWS. I have never used this software before please help
