Default Problems due to "ISTA/P V 2.46.1" !??

Took my 135i to the dealer since the air bag sign was always ON.
When i drove back from the dealer, accelerator pedal and sound on idle was really different...

Lots of lag when stepping on the gaz... the sound is also really less loud...
Apparently, it's the updated software named 2.46.1

What is going on with my car ??? Apparently, a version named 2.46.6 would bring back the original settings...

can someone please help me !!!
BMW in Montreal have no idea what to do !

thanks !
