Default program services

Hi, I have a 2010 X5 Diesel that I bought at auction. It was stripped including the CAS and cluster. I wanted to buy used ones from a wreaking yard, but I understand the VIN and a security code are programmed in. Does anyone know of a service I can send the cluster, CAS and DDE or whatever is needed to program and match it up to the vehicle I bought, or am i forced to buy all new products from dealer and have them program? I am in the US but will ship the items as well. Please let me know.
