Default recoding an E89 CIC to be a E70 CIC

Would it be possible to code and e89 to an e70 CIC?
Looking at the unit it is the same outside but I guess all the vehicle info and pictures inside for diagnose and help would be different.

Does anyone know or dad done this?

in general , all CIC's are the same ,, the different is the front panels ,,

you can't move the CIC from one car to another , it's VIN locked , so even if you are installing CIC from one E70 to another E70 ,, you still need to buy FSC code other can filter to enable the navigation ...

still your question is not very clear ,,, :D

Hi, do you know where I can buy FSC activation code for F series? What tools I can use to write the FSC into the CIC?

Cheers
