Default Reverse lights not working, code 9CBC

Hi, the reverse lights on my 06 330xi e90 are not working. When I scan for errors using INPA I get the attached codes, 9CBC, 930D and 9322.

I actually recently fixed a broken ground wire going to the exterior trunk door lights. I was driving for a long while without rear trunk door lights until I found the broken wire in the bundle. I have done everything in terms of trouble shooting the reverse lights (checked for breaks in the wires, grounding, reverse light switch)

I read that the car shuts off parts of the footwell control module circuits when a light has been out for a long time. Is this true? If so, how can I go about re programming the foot control module?

I think I know how to reset the counter. Are you referring to 07FLASH.PRG?
