Default something wrong when installed bmw scanner 1.4

yesterday,something wrong when installed bmw scanner 1.4.did not find the ike and other things(as the one who was faulty before).Does someone use it?how to solve it.thanks for any help

Default in which car u are using the adapter

in which car u are using the adapter? did u counect it to the obd2 or round pin ? for some old car 95 its not working fine
